RATES
All rates are quoted in US dollars, net per person, and are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise mentioned, package toures rate are generally inclusive of:

 

Package Tours Rate includes:

• Road transportation in air-con bus and mini-bus
• Domestic flights
• Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis
• Meals on full board in local restaurant
• Sightseeing excursions with English speaking guides
• Entrance fees to all sites mentioned in the itinerary
• Airport and hotel transfers
• One FOC for every 15 paying pax, on twin sharing

Package Tours Rate excludes:

• Visa fees
• International flights
• Optional visits
• Insurance of all kinds
• Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, beverages and meals not specified in the itinerary
• Tips for tour guide and driver
• All airport taxes
• Excess luggage charge

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should it be necessary to cancel a booked and confirmed tour, you must advise us in writing. The cancellation is effective only upon receiving a letter, fax or E-mail from you. Cancellation is subject to the following cancellation charge

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Apsara Tours Co., Ltd. acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing services and, as such, is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest must be borne by passengers. Program and tour prices are based on the situation at the time of preparing this CD-Rom (June 2006). Participation in our tour program implies that tourists agree to above.

 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all travelers subscribe to a suitable travel insurance policy before leaving their country of origin.
